Did I already fangirl about Russell Howard's Tough Gig?  Basically the comedian Russell Howard went to Ireland to meet a bunch of hardcore surfers, and tried to befriend them and learn to surf, and then did a stand-up gig for them at the end.  The whole thing was adorkable.  And made me really miss the seaside.  His struggle to get into the wetsuit ( Read more... )

I had general studies today which meant I got to write an essay for about an hour on why we should have identity cards, because the French have them and they seem JUST FINE WITH IT.
